I made this animation in June of 2017 and I swore that I wouldn't post it until I had gone at least 100 hours without smoking. Fast forward to 2.5 years later, and I'm finally able to publish it. Hoping for a year full of change and healthy choices.

On my mind while drawing: Fall is my favorite season and I wanted to experiment with the water color brushes in Adobe Fresco. I used the canvas brush on one layer for the blue background, and used one of the watercolor wash brushes for the leaf on a second layer. Added a layer mask to draw out and isolate the leaf silhouette.

On my mind while drawing: I don’t mind going to shows alone, but it’s most awkward during set changes, where it can be tough to find people to talk to. End up just staring at phone to stay busy/occupied.
